Why do you ask for my ID? We ask for your student ID number to analyse the result data by different demographic breakdowns. Please be assured that we won't use your ID to identify you as an individual.
How do you use my information? The information you supply on this survey will allow us to review the Library Service and identify areas for improvement. We share the aggregated results with teams across the University involved in the Library provision and to share best practice internally and externally, it will not be used for any other purpose. The information you provide will be held and processed in line with the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
